Crossroads Family Services strives to facilitate the development of positive behavioral health for individuals and families who would benefit from care and intervention with a goal of assisting their return to an optimum level of health and functioning.

Crossroads Family Services was establied in 1991 to provide services to youth and their families. We are proud to continue to provide counseling services to help those youth by offering counseling tailored to their unique life situations. We offer the following therapy services for youth:

• Play Therapy
• Adolescent / Teen Therapy
• Family Therapy
• Group Therapy

Fee agreement:

The standard fee for a 50 minute individual, play, family or couples counseling session is based on the Crossroads Family Services sliding-fee-scale.

Paymemt for services:

Cash, money orders, credit/debit cards or personal checks are accepted. CFS is an out-of-network provider for behavioral health insurance claims.  Insurance reimbursement receipts will be provided upon request.

FREE Counseling is available for the following:

• Victims of Crime
• Six Free sessions for graduates of the First Offender Program.

* All services are offered on a first come-first served basis and subject to counselor availability.
