If you would like to explore ways to understand and control your anger, then join us in looking at anger and what you can do to appropriately express yourself.

Boys and Girls Clubs Family Services offers a 6-week psychoeducational class (also frequently called: anger management class) class that is focused on learning to understand and control anger.

What's Involved?

• An initial assessment to identify family / individual goals for the course
• Attend the 6 weekly sessions in a multi-family group format
• Exit interview for family and individual
• Youth receives a Certificate of Completion for the course
